This is what you get when you get in an "excited state". A naked woman
was caught on camera apparently 'tweaking off drugs' and rolling in the
middle of a street in the Bronx, New York. Footage of the long-haired
woman was posted on Wednesday to LiveLeak. She was naked on Prospect
Avenue in the Longwood neighborhood, according to reports.
She walked toward two police officers, as she touched the wrist of one.
Officers led her off the street and toward the sidewalk, with the other
