This kitchen space is only open to small food businesses in Lagos who already have a customer base that they cook for daily but need a location in and around Victoria Island, Lagos in order to beat delivery time, avoid traffic or do not want to own too many equipments like freezers, generators and so on.

2. We request payment of space before use.

3. This space is not available for those who want a seat in restaurant but for outdoor only.

4. Caterers are welcome to use our space.

5. Space is not available for cake makers or ice cream makers.

6. Delivery bikes available at location for extra charges

7. Pick up from customers is allowed as long as it is organized.
