Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has sympathised with families of students of the State University, Ado Ekiti who lost
their lives in a fatal accident involving one bus and a car today, calling for three days prayer (see
HERE).
Nine people were involved in the accident, with seven dead while only
two survived and are being attended to at the State University Teaching
Hospital, Ado Ekiti.
The governor, who visited the two surviving victims could only muster few words. He said;
"o ga o, we are seriously bereaved. This is sad. It is
unfortunate."I just have to sympathise with families of the dead and
commit those still alive into the hands of God. "We need to pray to God
to avert calamities like this and I urge the people to embark on three
days prayer."
