She had been talking to the news report's anchor about a story involving a tax on fizzy drinks.  As she delivers the last few lines to camera, a woman in a green t-shirt approaches from the left side of the picture.

The woman appears calm and polite, tapping the broadcaster on the arm and saying "excuse me". Clearly trying to be professional, Delgado finishes the report and hands back to her colleague in the studio.

But just as she does, the woman in green appears grab her by the hair and then swing a fist at the reporter's face, hitting her on the right side of her head.

The anchor, clearly shocked, exclaims, "Ay Dios Mio," meaning "Oh, my God," as he tries to finish the report.

A woman has now been arrested in relation to the attack.
