Angel Di Maria paid an emotional Copa America tribute to his grandmother
after scoring against Chile on Monday night - just hours after her
death. Di Maria, 28, scored one and made another in a man of the match
performance as Argentina claimed a 2-1 victory over the holders.
The Paris Saint-Germain forward opened the scoring at Levi's Stadium in San Francisco, beating Barcelona keeper Claudio Bravo at his near post with a low shot in the 51st minute.
Straight away Di Maria ran towards the Albiceleste bench where he was handed a t-shirt revealing his tribute to his grandmother, a message declaring, "Grandma, I will miss you so much."
