Ukpe, a 32-year-old a suspected serial killer and kidnapper, was
arrested in Lagos on Monday by policemen from the Ajangbadi Division,
after fleeing Akwa Ibom State' with a bullet wound on his testicles. He
was treating the wound with traditional medicine when he was arrested.
Some residents of Orisha Imude area of Ajangbadi, who suspected him,
reported to the police. When arrested, he confessed that the wound was
from a gun battle with the police and that he had come to Lagos to get
treated.
