Two teenage girls have been arrested for physically abusing their classmate in north ‪‎China‬’s ‪Hebei‬ province. A total of 8 girls forced the victim to kneel on the ground, continuously slapped her, pulled her hair, hit her with a rod. The victim was then asked to take off her clothes.
